Exodus is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team and lead the development and growth of our Passkeys wallet. In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate closely with our Marketing, Sales, and Engineering teams to shape the vision and strategy aimed at driving the adoption of Passkeys wallets. Your expertise and leadership will be crucial to the success of this initiative, helping us achieve our ambitious goals.
What You Will Do
- As the product manager for our B2B2C Passkeys wallet, you’ll lead the charge in defining success and driving the strategy to increase adoption of our Passkeys wallet.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on a go to market strategy.
- Collaborate with leadership, engineering, design, and data teams to build products that drive growth.
- Develop expertise in the economics of the Passkeys wallet, and collaborating with finance to guide the team’s roadmap.
- Conduct research to understand customer needs, developing insights that foster a top-notch UX experience while balancing the needs of both business and consumer customers.
- Proactively identify and escalate risks and issues to key stakeholders; collaborate with teams to develop mitigation and resolution plans.
Who You Are
- Background in B2B / B2B2C SaaS growth.
- 3+ years of Product Management experience.
- Experience in Crypto / Blockchain / Web3.
- Self-motivated, action-oriented, pragmatic, and intellectually curious.
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
- Ability to translate between technical and non-technical business stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successfully managing the product lifecycle from launch to sunset.
- Ability to think outside the box to solve problems and come up with innovative solutions.
- Ability to foster and build collaborative working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage rapidly changing priorities and lead teams through change while maintaining a can-do attitude.
- Demonstrated product success informed by data and user research.
Nice to Haves
- Experience working as a Product Manager or Founder in a company that’s gone from early startup into growth.
- Experience using Github, Slack and Asana.
- A/B testing experience.

Benefits
Health: Most of our health insurance plans are covered 100% for you and covered 50% for your dependents. We’ll also cover dental insurance. If you are outside of the United States, we will reimburse you up to $500 per month for any medical and dental insurance for you and your dependents.
PTO: 30 days of paid time off per year on top of a flexible schedule where you can work wherever and whenever. If you’re part-time with us, you’ll still receive 15 days of paid time off.
Unlimited Bereavement: We will pay you your full salary for the first two weeks for the loss of any immediate family members but we allow you to take all the time you need to grieve outside of that.
Parental Leave: 13 weeks of fully paid leave with and a month of flexible work for the primary caregiver. 4 weeks of paid leave if you are the child's secondary caregiver.
